Warehouse Associate

Wanted:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a warehouse associate while continuing to flourish and expand within the company. We offer sales, service, and support as well as training for our clients and are looking for someone who can stand out on our warehouse team and provide the best experience for our clientele.
Drone Nerds is the largest independent distributor of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) in North America. The company is rapidly growing (20%+ per year) and deepening its team with a strong focus on building out its service team. The Shipping and Receiving position will report directly to the Logistics Manager and encompasses a workweek of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with the flexibility to work weekends if needed.
Your daily responsibility would be to pick orders, prepare and package shipments, restock warehouse locations, receive, as well as keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Procurement Associate

Job description

Wanted:

The Associate Buyer has support responsibility for specific lines within a product category, and is responsible for the daily procurement of goods within assigned lines, assisting in business development with supplier partners, inventory returns, and overall management. This position will report to the Procurement Director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Procurement of items for assigned supplier lines, Purchase order entries, and processing
  • Manage inventory levels for assigned supplier lines or product categories
  • Work closely with the sales department to place, track, and manage inventory/orders
  • Work with warehouse management and the supplier to resolve shipment discrepancies
  • SKU maintenance. Pricing, Cost Changes, and attribute settings
  • Function as a product manager/SME to support the growing needs of the business

Requirements:

Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, chat, and email, providing timely support and solutions related to orders, returns, product issues, and delivery concerns. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance
  • Respond to live chat inquiries and customer messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues to identify solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Resolve delivery issues, including delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
  • Assist customers with order-related concerns such as order status, modifications, cancellations, and payment questions
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in company systems
  • Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and technical support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
