DJI FlightHub

STREAMLINE THE OPERATION FOR MULTI-DRONE FLEETS

Complete management of multiple drones with a platform that resides securely in the cloud.

PROVIDING

The Ultimate Solution for Managing Your Drone Operations

Complete management of multiple drones simplifies with DJI FlightHub Enterprise, a cloud-based tool to streamline the operation for multi-drone fleets. The software encompasses every aspect of drone operation, including drone maintenance planning and record-keeping, deployment, pilot training and assignments, mission planning, multiple live video transmissions and assembly of flight-recorded imagery into an instantly accessible library.

FlightHub Serves Multiple Enterprises:

Public Safety

– Law enforcement agencies that must manage evolving situations, such as hostage-taker confrontations or public disturbances, and safeguard drone-gathered evidence.

– Firefighters who must deploy multiple drones to monitor large fires, both urban and wild.

– Disaster-response teams that must conduct widespread search-and-rescue operations.

Security

Security teams that must maintain vigil on multiple points of sprawling facilities, such as prisons, airports, parking lots, parks, or academic, medical, or commercial campuses.

Government

– Government agencies that must manage flights in restricted zones (FlightHub Government).

– Government agencies performing surveys, analyses and other work that must remain out of the hands of all but authorized personnel (FlightHub Government).

Agriculture

Agricultural consultants who must gather data from large fields in disparate locations with multiple drones and maintain that data for analysis.

Energy

Power-generating and energy-transmission companies that must inspect and monitor hard-to-access assets such as transmission towers, power lines, substations, wind turbines, solar fields, and pipelines.

Inspection

– Transportation companies and departments that must inspect and maintain sprawling infrastructure, including bridges, overpasses, rail lines, and catenary systems.

– Communications companies inspecting cell towers and above-ground cable networks.

Insurance

Insurance adjusters employing multiple operators to inspect roofs and properties after a major incident, such as a flood, wildfire, or hurricane.

Construction

Engineers performing aerial surveying or mapping in-house or for clients.

Other Businesses

– Providers of drone services that must plan and conduct missions for multiple clients in varying settings.

– Broadcast news organizations deploying multiple drones to cover simultaneous events.

FlightHub Enterprise Advantages

Boost Security

Secure data by using your own private servers to transmit and store data.

Supervise Live Missions

View up to four live video streams simultaneously on FlightHub Enterprise.

Manage to Scale

Accommodate fleet growth by managing up to 10 drones on the FlightHub Enterprise license or more with add-on kits.

Improve Performance

Plan missions, monitor pilot training, record and schedule drone maintenance, and arrange and access data in the system library.

How it Works

The platform enables complete management of all the drones in your fleet, all your pilots, teams and team tasks, and missions.

You can direct or monitor missions live from a stationary base or mobile command center while viewing up to four live drone-sourced video streams simultaneously.

The software also allows you to track flight hours, plan for maintenance needs, track pilot assignments, missions performed and training schedules.

FlightHub Government adds management of flights in restricted zones. Authorization for individual pilots and their restricted-zone flights is handled centrally.

FlightHub Government bars the sharing of data with DJI or anyone else not authorized to see it. New hardware can be added without using DJI servers.

The Government version also enhances cybersecurity, including hardware pairing restrictions, so a lost aircraft that is located by unauthorized personnel cannot be paired with another remote, barring unauthorized use.

Building on the highly capable fleet and pilot management capabilities of FlightHub Basic, the Advanced version adds real-time live video streaming to enhance live flight management.

The FlightHub Advanced license provides for the management of up to 10 compatible DJI aircraft. Manage your fleet, your pilots, teams, and tasks.

Flight log syncing is automatic. Telemetry information is provided in real-time, along with the live video stream. Data streams to the platform, which is stored on the U.S.-based Amazon AWS-sourced server, where it remains secure for access and analysis.

FlightHub Basic brings drone management to smaller multi-drone operations. Manage up to five drones on a FlightHub Basic license, with each additional license allowing the management of up to five more aircraft.

The software provides for the management of your team, fleet and flight data, and automatic flight log syncing.

It also enables fleet operators to plan workflows, supplying real-time telemetry information. It resides on the U.S.-based DJI Amazon AWS-supplied server, which offers secure files.

Aircraft and System Compatibility

FlightHub is compatible with most enterprise-grade DJI drones that feature a broad range of capabilities, including zoom lenses, interchangeable lenses and/or payloads, infrared imaging, high- and ultra-high-definition video, high-resolution stills recorded in bursts, data gathering for crop analysis, and surveyor- and engineering-grade mapping.

Currently compatible with the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series (currently not compatible with the DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral Edition), Matrice 350 RTK, the Matrice 30 Series, and Matrice 300 RTK flight platforms, and also supports DJI Dock 2 (including the Matrice 3D Series) and DJI Dock (including the Matrice 30 Series Dock Version).

Zenmuse H30, Zenmuse H30T, Zenmuse H20, Zenmuse H20T, and Zenmuse H20N.

For installation of FlightHub Enterprise on a private server, an Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit operating system is required.

In addition, with a private server, DJI Pilot PE must be able to access the TCP port 80 / 443 (http/https) and TCP port 1935 for videos. DJI Pilot must be installed on mobile devices for FlightHub Basic and FlightHub Advanced, and DJI Pilot PE is required for FlightHub Enterprise or FlightHub Government.
