WingtraOne GEN II is a state-of-the-art mapping drone that provides innovative aerial mapping technology, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy in aerial surveying. Its adaptable design combines the benefits of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), similar to a helicopter, with the efficiency of fixed-wing flight for long-range mapping, making it perfect for diverse industries like urban planning, mining, construction, agriculture, and environmental monitoring.

Because of its VTOL design, WingtraOne II can take off and land in confined spaces or on rough terrain, enabling users to collect data where other drones cannot.

What makes this drone stand out? Here are some of its impressive features:

  • Extended Flight Time & Speed: With speeds of up to 16 m/s (36 mph) and a flight duration of up to 59 minutes, it covers large areas efficiently, making it ideal for extensive surveying projects.
  • High-Resolution Imaging: Equipped with a full-frame 61 MP camera, it captures ultra-detailed images with a ground sample distance (GSD) down to 0.7 cm/px, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
  • Precision Without Ground Control Points (GCPs): Thanks to its high-precision post-processed kinematic (PPK) GNSS receiver, the drone delivers absolute horizontal accuracy down to 1 cm—eliminating the need for GCPs and significantly reducing fieldwork time.

The WingtraOne Gen II also supports features that enhance efficiency. To optimize missions, users can import KML files directly from GIS programs; the WingtraPilot will construct the optimal flight path to cover the area. With terrain following, users can experience mapping from steady altitudes in mountainous areas with custom elevation data, or global terrain models.

New innovations in UAV designs pave the way for more streamlined and efficient operations. Businesses leveraging the WingtraOne GEN II can expect superior aerial data collection that enhances productivity, reduces operational costs, and provides unmatched precision in mapping and surveying tasks.
